Thank you that’s such a nice compliment! I’ve created a plan for myself everyday. I run two miles, ab work and weights twice a day and then some stretching. Food wise I usually eat whatever, yet I don’t really like processed foods so I think that helps. Dieting has never been a big thing for me. I think you just have to create a plan that fits your life and you’ll do fine! Good luck :)
